We were allowed to view the beds on our own and when we were ready an assistant came and helped us with any queries.

We were highly satisfied due to the sales assistant she took time to explain the difference mattresses and what would be the most suitable as well as doing the mattress test

The salesman, Richard, was very knowledgeable about your products and very patient in helping us choose our mattress and base. He explained the various options, analysed the data from the Sleepeze facility, advised us of the base most suited to our storage requirements and what pillows were best.

Richard, the salesman was very knowledgeable and guided us to the correct products suitable for our needs. He answers all queries. He was friendly and approachable and it was refreshing to meet someone not using any hard sales pitch (which always puts me off buying). I was not put under any pressure to purchase and was given plenty of options for my choice. Would highly recommend Dreams and Richard
