Dreams - Dartford

We were approached by Kate the sales advisor ' Dartford Branch', no hard sell, allowed us to browse, was on hand when enquiring about the difference in mattress type, seemed very knowledgeable. Offered the use of your mattress type tester when we dithered on medium or firm which we used. Again there was no pressure from Kate as we tested mattresses on display. When finally purchasing Kate informed us of other offers, insurance and available delivery times. Kate was a credit to Dreams and made our visit as enjoyable as it could have been. We hope she get some recognition even if it's only verbal.

Lots of options to choose from. the staff asked if we wanted help, left us alone whilst we whittled down our choices and were available immediately to help us order once we'd made up our minds.

A young lady by the name of Kate was very pleasant and helpful. She couldn’t do enough for us . This is my second time i have bought beds from dreams in the last year . Very happy indeed.

Richard was very friendly and helpful. We were offered a drink whilst waiting and having completed the sleepmatch technology found the mattress and bed that met our needs after trying a number of potential options identified by the tool.
