Store was clean and well presented and staff were knowledgable and friendly. Service was prompt and efficient.

Mark, the manager of the Dreams store (Abbotsinch Retail Park), spent a lot of time with us when we visited the store on Thursday 3 March. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and offered us invaluable advise on these items. We returned the next day to purchase a bed, base and headboard and once again, Mark was available to process the order. He advised us on the current promotions to make sure we were getting the best possible deal. I would thoroughly recommend going to this store to friends and family. The staff are lovely.

We had a fantastic experience with Margaret, she was kind, knowledgable and respectful of our wish to browse the store We had our 3 year old with us and Margaret interacted with her as well as us which was lovely. There was an issue processing our finance agreement and Margaret went above and beyond to make sure it went through based on the additional information I had given her. Margaret is a thoroughly lovely lady who just wants the best for her customers.

Excellent service from David at the Paisley store, explained everything we needed to know and helped us choose the correct mattress for our health issues. Would highly recommend this store.

Good service

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams because of the customer service. Kim was approachable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the products on offer and it felt like we were shopping with a friend rather than a stranger! My 8yr old even enjoyed the experience as she also involved him!! Unlike some other bed shops we browsed in, we never felt pressured to buy. We are really excited with the bed we have chosen and cannot wait to try it out when it arrives. Thanks Kim.

Knowledge of staff & thorough service.

I was highly satisfied with the knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism of the salesperson who took the time to explain the difference/benefits between the traditional, memory foam and tempur mattresses - all this despite the fact I rocked up to the store at 1730 on a Saturday evening when the staff were more than likely just wanting to go home. Apart from Francis who dealt with my purchase Margaret and another female staff member, sorry can't remember her name, were all very helpful and pleasant - excellent service.
