Dreams - Abbotsinch

We went in to the store not knowing where to start with buying a bed/mattress. Both me and my partner weren’t sure what our needs were. The store representative was very patient and when we were showed the products that would best suit us we couldn’t have been happier.

The assistant, Margaret, provided brilliant customer service. She greeted me immediately on entering and, when I explained I was a little confused over the type of mattress I would need, Immediately recommended I experience the computer aided programme (I cannot remember the name). Margaret explained and guided me through the process which was excellent then took me round each of the mattresses and allowed me time to experience each - with the help of a pillow. Her service from start to finish was excellent .

Friendly helpful staff. Being able to try mattresses out before making decision on which one to buy without feeling rushed or pressured.

The assistant (David), showed me to the bed I asked about, when I asked to look around he left me alone to do so, I went back and asked to see further items, he showed me to them. He was polite, courtious and professional. The icing on the cake was he told me that there was a 3 for 2 offer on the bedside cabinets, which was a bonus I did not expect, as well as getting the bed and mattress at sale price.

The sales assistant took time to listen to us and understand what we needed. The sleep assessment was excellent. We were given time to discuss our thoughts together and we’re not pressured at any point. Very positive experience!

David at the Abbotsinch store could not have been more helpful and I got exactly the bed I was looking for. Slightly more than I had expected to pay, but this is the price you have to pay for quality. I would definitely recommend Dreams to a friend.
