Paula who looked after us was excellent at her job. Very friendly, approachable and patient. I was shopping for my 15 year old new bed. Paula included him in the discussions, allowed him the time to go back and forth between beds to ensure he made the correct decision for him. I dreaded going with my teenage son as he was moaning before we got in to the store but the way Paula dealt with us, made it a pleasure to shop in Dreams. Scott was really happy by the time we left. We also had a couple of conversations with Mark the store manager. Both Paula and Mark are a credit to the Dream Paisley Team

Margaret at the paisley branch was lovely. She was patient, friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. She is a credit to the company and would recommend any going here to ask for her.

The customer service was excellent

We knew what we wanted before we stepped into the store however the staff were very helpful without being pushy. We had a few questions all of which were answered to our satisfaction and nothing was too much trouble in comparing what was on offer in order to make an informed decision.
