Good staff, remembered our choice even after we went away for 2 hours to browse. Had everything done nice and fast, good service, very friendly.

Margaret was very friendly and accommodating understanding what we wanted and gave us the opportunity to sample all the mattresses to fit our needs.

Attended by very efficient, friendly assistant Paula who was more than helpful without being pushy. Mattress is not something bought on a regular basis but she made it quite straightforward.

My husband and I went into Dreams to look for a new bed and mattress. We were served by Margaret. Margaret was very friendly and greeted us immediately when arriving in the store. She then left us to wander and browse and then came back over to show us the sleep match system. We went onto this then Margaret spent time explaining each mattress identified by the machine for ourselves and allowing us to try these with the recommended pillows. She was very informative, patient and helpful. We went on to purchase our new Tempur mattress, bed, pillows and waiting on our bedside tables to be back in stock to get these too (Which Margaret is going to keep us ip to date with stock when these arrive)!

Margaret was knowledgable and very helpful. Didn’t intend to purchase on the day but she persuaded us to do so due to being able to flex delivery date and being so good.

Mark who aided me in my purchase was very friendly and listened to my need and provided bed frames, mattress and headboards that I would like and also didn’t do any hard sell on any reduced items. Felt like I was listened to by Mark.

A fully enjoyable experience with latest technology to assist in mattress selection.
