Visited the store 3 times. 2nd time Paula looked after us well. Explained that we would be purchasing at the end of the month and has various questions. There was no pressure to buy she was really lovely and helpful. We really liked her and went back to Dreams a 3rd to buy a mattress and she recognised us and spent loads of time with us with complete patience and understanding of the products. We walked away with a new mattress that night. She is a credit to your Paisley store. We wish we were able to afford a new bed just now from Dreams but when we are we will buy from the company again. Thank you!

Very friendly staff no pressure put on us to buy. We were left to browse. When we were ready to purchase staff were on hand to explain and show how or purchase worked.
