Easy to find what I was looking for the assistant was very helpful and the purchase was done in good time.

Paula was very welcoming, not pushy, which was appreciated She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also provided water which was a nice touch. She’s an asset to Dreams.

After seeing a bed for our 4 year old daughter online -Tinsley Mid Sleeper bed with drawers and desk - we attended at our local store to view the bed before we bought it. It was easy to find as the store was set out well and upon arrival the staff welcomed us and offered us refreshments. Once confirming this was the bed for us , we approached a staff member (David) who was very happy to help and even helped us to choose the right mattress for our daughter. The finance process was explained to us very well at each section and it was a massive help that there were colouring in sheets and crayons to keep our daughter occupied at a little table beside the sales desk so that we could discuss things with David! I have previously purchased a bed from Dreams a few years ago when I stayed with my parents and this was another reason for returning again as the service back then was excellent too! I will definitely return to dreams for a 3rd time when I need another bed and I have already recommended yourselves to friends and family ! Overall fantastic and stress free experience ! Well done !

First spoke to the store on the telephone to check availability and delivery dates and the sales representative not only remembered my call but had highlighted which beds and mattresses in the store would best suit our needs.

It was good as got what we were looking for and the sales assistant Francis was very helpful

First venture into Dreams in order to ? cost and availability as I have not bought a bed for the past twenty five years and wanted to compare and query prices. Had been to several other stores that day. Met with very helpful staff member who supplied the information I needed and then was allowed time to look around myself, with my friend and browse the whole store. I was also advised as to my requirements and steered through what would be most suitable for my needs and my age group (my choice to say that I was 77 years old, and had trouble with my mobility) This staff member was involved with another customer when I came to my decision and a very helpful FRANCIS dealt with my further queries and the sale
