The sales assistant ( Frances ) really looked after my eledrly father (87) his product knowledge and explantion where at the top end of customer service. Quietly confident about Dreams products and never pushy . He got the balance just right. Would I recommend Dreams to family and friends - Absolutely .

We knew what we wanted and found it and bought it with help from friendly and knowledgeable assistant.

Francis is a really nice man and is polite and helpful towards myself when choosing my new mattress and also took plenty of time to help me didn't feel rushed at all and he was also helpful when I made my decision on which mattress he again was helpful with ordering thanks again Francis

The variety of beds in the store was well placed and varied. The team were extremely pleasant and thankfully they were not pushy in the slightest. The knowledge that Margaret had was brilliant and she was confident and very approachable. We felt valued and not pushed in to making a decision.

Customer adviser was extremely helpful and helped me to order what I wanted with ease and efficiency. Also helped me to find a pillow that suited my needs.

Very friendly and welcoming as we arrived at the store and the staff were very knowledgable about the products.

I was happy with the sales person's assistance, directing me towards the products I wanted to look at and offering me the information I required to make my choice. I was more than delighted with the price as the product was on sale and the fact that there was free delivery was an added bonus

Kim - the customer service woman, was so lovely and helpful. I wasn’t sure what mattress I would need and she helped us pick one that was best for both me and my partner aswell as picking the best bed frame that would suit our family needs. She was just great at her job and nothing was to much for her!

We were greeted by Kim at the store in Renfrew and from the minute we stepped into the store, Kim was friendly helpful and understood what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and within minutes had found our perfect mattress, after explaining how the machine to determine our best type of mattress would work for us. I would certainly recommend Kim to all friends and family

We where greated by Paula in your pailsy store and she listened to everything my mum wanted as showed her some options my mum has difficulty with stairs so she let her use the lift she spent time and made us feel so important and nothing was to much trouble for her she had great knowledge of product. We when across the street to one of you competitors and could get a bed over £700 cheaper but did not feel valued in there store so due to the level of service and the way we where treated with no pressure we when back and placed the order it. I'm not saying that all your staff are not like this but I would recommend Paula to any she is a credit to your company and a pleasure to have met her
