I had looked at an ottoman bed online but wanted to see it in store. I spotted the bed as soon as I walked in & it certainly lived up to my expectations. An assistant was close by and helped me find a mattress. Told him the firmness I was looking for. He directed me to a perfect one which was half price. Super happy! Delivery options were very quick, however we have some decorating first. So excited for my new bed to arrive!

Fraser listened to what we were looking for and helped us select a bed that suited - as well as giving us honest opinions of all the models (rather than pushing for the most expensive) He also used the mattress machine to help select the perfect mattress for us and again -provided us with honest opinions and helped us select a matress that suits us best.

When we walked in there was a hand sanitizer station in a clear location. We were greeted by staff as we came in, chatted about what I was looking for. Francis was very professional, got us pillows and a cover thing, to use while trying different beds after using the Sleepmatch, all very professional, he was knowledgeable without being annoying, very natural, basically felt like having a chat. Fraser the other member of staff was also friendly, offering some bottled water. Before buying, I wanted to see what Bensons Beds across the road were offering, although I had already made up my mind what I wanted. The experience was nothing like Dreams, so we were back within 15 minutes to place an order. Delivery due Wednesday next week, so ideal. If I am happy with it, I’ll be back to replace the mattress in my spare room too. Have already recommended Francis & Dreams Renfrew to friends on FB.
