No one pushed us to buy a particular product. We had a budget level and that was adhered to. Being at a sales occasion there were excellent offers available and that suited us very well.

Paula was very adaptable with my circumstances as this was my first bed I was buying myself and was not sure about anything from the mattress to type of pillow I required I'm really grateful for her help.

We have visited this store 3 times in 5 years and always go back to Margaret specifically, always been great with us, great product knowledge, advice and friendly.

We felt very comfortable visiting the store as all COVID regulations were in place. Our advisor Francis was very helpful and not pushy at all . We took our time and he helped us pick the best mattreand base for our needs

Firstly the sales approach was excellent. No one was pushy or over the top sales, just straight forward salesman. We have not received our mattress yet but going by the way we were taken around the showroom to the beds that would suit our bodies was quite remarkable. The salesman Francis was terrific he knew all about mattresses and was calm, just the way we wanted it.

We were served quickly and efficiently by sales assistant Kim who was able to answer and questions we had without any problem. We were made very welcome and nothing was a problem.
