The sales assistant, Margaret, was exceptional in the service she provided in terms of her knowledge and manner in the way she dealt with us. This made for a pleasant experience over all in a warm, safe and friendly environment.

We had a go at the sleep match to find which type of mattress suited us and Kim (sales assistant) showed us all the recommended mattresses and beds and explained to us in detail why they suited us. We felt she had great customer service and we left feeling we had made the best choice for us and also didn't feel pressured into buying anything we didn't want.

We had Kim attend to us when we visited your Paisley store.Her knowledge and helpfulness was great as we didn't really know what we wanted and she helped us massively to make a firm choice on a new mattress and bed,we are extremely happy with our purchase 10 out of 10 for service Kim was fab.
