The assistant Kim, was very knowledgeable about the products we selected, offering alternatives to ensure that we were satisfied with our selection and extremely helpful plus taking the time to explain the order process.

Margaret was very helpful and made us feel relaxed and didn’t rush us.

We were well taken care of by Paula who helped us in our decision making and we left the store happy in the knowledge that we got the right product for ourselves.

The advisor was so friendly and professional and explained the various beds and mattresses we required for my husband and I to be comfortable in our new home. Despite the fact that I was feeling unwell, she took time and patience with me and a pleasant young man brought a bottle of water at her request. I felt she put my husband and I at ease and made the whole transaction much better. Highly recommended.

We walked in the store knowing what bed we wanted to view as we had researched it on the website before coming in to the store. We were greated promptly by a temp worker and when we told him which bed we were in to see he took us directly to it to view. He made himself available if we had any questions and when we had made our decision to buy the bed he got one of his colleagues who were able to process the order for us. From walking in the store to walking out having purchased the bed we wanted we were in the store a total of 15-20 minutes which made me and my fiancé very happy.

Margaret assisted myself and my mum together, we both tried the sleep machine and then tried out the recommended options of mattresses, once we had tried these Margaret left us to ponder, no pushy sales tactics just genuine professional customer service, she was lovely to deal with and a credit to Dreams! Once we had time to ponder we both made a purchase and can't wait to try out our new mattresses.
