Me, my husband and my 2 children entered the store and was imminently greeted by Margaret, she was very friendly and welcoming and she wasn't to overbearing, she allowed us to have a browse first but did let us know she was available if we needed any help. When she noticed we where looking at a bed and unsure of it functions she came right over and helped us. She guided us and helped us choose a bed and lots of accessories to! She was very kind and to the kids and understanding of them trying to run riot. There was safety measure in place for social distancing and the shop was quiet so to felt really safe. She overall came across very nice and there was no "typical saleman" attitude so 10/10 for Margaret.

We were looked after by Mark instore. He was very professional. Very friendly. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable about which mattresses would suit our need. Overall a very satisfying visit to dreams. And one which I would highly recommend to friends and family.

As described, there were plenty of products to try in the shop, staff on hand and available to help, Margaret was terrific: friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable. We said said 'satisfied' regarding price and value rather than 'highly satisfied' because it is a very expensive item; hopefully in time our opinion will change to 'highly satisfied'. (At the moment we haven't slept on it, giving it a few days to let it air and due to Coronavirus.)
