Kim was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Great personality and customer service. I unfortunately couldn’t place an order because I was running out of time. I’d only gone in for a quick look. I went in next day as agreed and Keith (young chap) was on and seemed to know about my order ( Kim who was day off). He was excellent too. Great personality and service.

Kim was our customer service agent whilst in store today & she was fab! We couldn't believe she had only been there a few weeks as product knowledge & advise was amazing. We used the sleep match machine & then Kim provided us with a pillow each to try out various mattresses that were in our recommendations. We tried around 6 in store & found our perfect match, we also purchased two Tempur pillows & a mattress protector. We can't fault Kim & we can't wait to get our new mattress delivered in a few weeks!
