Myself and my husband were highly satisfied with our trip to you store in paisley. We were greeted at the door offered bottled water as the shop was warm,then the woman introduced her to us as kim and then ask what we were interested in ,so we explained to her and she then gave a pillow protection so we could try out the beds , we tryed the first one and when we sat up she gave us a pillow to carry about si we were in comfort trying out the mattress. We tryed loads and were given exact information about each mattress we tryed out. Eventually we found the one we wanted and ordered it throught kim which was quick and easy she then walked us to the door and said goodbye. This woman was really helpful, nice kind and had a joke with her and listened to what we wanted we were not forced to buy anything. The knowledge of the mattresses kim had was fantastic especally as she had not long started in the company. I would definitely recommend to anyone that I know to go to this shop and also ask for kim really nice woman.
