The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

The assistants in store were friendly and approachable. Upon leaving to look in other stores to be sure we wanted the bed from dreams the man who was dealing with us very highly understanding and then when we returned to purchase the bed we were again welcomed as we were previously. Finance options were explained to us and all additional products and insurance products were gone over thoroughly to ensure we got exactly what we needed. The gentleman who helped us really was one in a million and a pleasure to encounter on what could have a stressful day. I can’t thank him or the team enough.
