All staff at the shop were exceptional. Kim and Manager Mark were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t have made us feel anymore relaxed about our purchase. First we have purchased in a really long time so we were apprehensive. Really fantastic first class service received.

We was greeted very quickly and was offed some water we had come back after seeing the product and before with Fraser who was very helpful when we purchased the product we was delet with Mark the manger who also was very helpful and friendly

From the minute we entered the shop, we were asked if we needed help. We had a look around then asked Kim for her help. We had first class service from her. Nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend Dreams.

The assistant Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable. Really pleased with the delivery date. The store was very up with the COVID procedures and offered water as it was a very hot day.
