The assistant Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable. Really pleased with the delivery date. The store was very up with the COVID procedures and offered water as it was a very hot day.

Francis took us through the whole experience from testing what kind of mattress we needed and trying out 5 different options before we found what was right for us, and keying our order through, he managed all this on a roasting hot day with his mask on and a broken elbow in cast. He was very knowledgeable
