Range of products were excellent, and the level of service received was very good. Margaret placed the order very quick and explained everything very well.

From the minute we walked in we were welcomed, shown where sanitation was and asked if we were in for a browse or buy. Assistant was very helpful explaining different types of mattresses and spoke about how pillow talk works. After using this she explained the types that had been chosen and gave us time to try out each one, explaining them as we tried them. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. Whole experience was easy and without trouble.

Can not fault the service we experienced during this visit. Fraser was absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. With a bit of assistance from Mark we now have a mattress arriving ready for our new home. Considering Fraser has only been with Dreams for 7 weeks he is an asset to the company.
