Margaret was phenomenal from start to finish. My daughter was getting her 1st double bed, Margaret used the sleep machine to help select the perfect mattress then helped with the frame choice too. She was incredible with us, so patient and extremely knowledgeable. She is an absolute credit to the company. I will be returning to purchase a bed for my son when the time is right.
