Experienced the mattress diagnostic, very clever machine. Creates reassurance. Well done. Purchased additonal goods; mattress cover and Tempur pillow, thanks to Margaret's knowledge. Was only frustrated due to the delay in receiving the mattress, just over 3 weeks. Was also hoping to purchase a Jay Be Z bed, not available in store, nor online - I believe. Overall, thanks to Margaret, excellent experience. Well done and thank you.

From the moment I arrived I was looked after and advised to utilise the state of the art dreams mattress machines that tested my body to see what style of mattress best suited me. Francis was never at any point trying to push me a certain way, it was quite clear his intention was to get me my perfect bed and I fully commend him for this. Overall brilliant experience!
