From the moment we stepped in someone came over to assist us. We originally went in thinking we knew what we needed until Francis asked if we wanted to go onto the Sleep Match bed simulator. This definitely makes Dreams stand out against any competitors as it diagnosis everything for your body's needs in a mattress. Afterwards Francis took us around the showroom to try out a few which was recommended for our needs. The customer service and knowledge by Francis we cannot fault. While during our visit all safety measures regarding Covid were adhered to, including a sneeze guard at each sales desk point. We were also offered refreshments while we waited for a sales desk to become free which was a nice gesture. Although we made a purchase during our visit we never felt pressured into buying, which is often off putting. We think the quality of Dreams products speak for themselves.
