I am a service expert. I was very impressed with the way your staff handled the requests for steak grilled to order. The customers were extremely demanding. One woman was quite rude. Your grill man handled them all with grace explaining how long each request would take. Stating that he wanted it to be perfected grilled to order. He is an asset to your restaurant.
