Hertz Car Rental

Paid for my reservation online. Waited for two hours to speak with an employee. Then was told the car i reserved and payed for wasnt available because they cant rent that car. Even though the website gave me that car, and they said they dont even have the titles for that specific car. I was shown a filthy alternate car. At this point im nearing three hours of trying to get a vehicle. They then proceed to tell me even though ive already paid for a car that i must pay an extra 200$ dollar deposit. I asked to split tenders because i didnt have that extra on the card i made my reservation with. She told me NO. That i would have to cancel my reservation & rebook right then so it can be on one card. They then swiped my card and now ive paid for one car twice and then some. After 7 phone calls over the course of my vacation, and being hung up on. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND. This company is just the worst. I will never ever go back.
