my sons food was awful. he didn't eat anything but the corn. the spinach tasted weird and his enchiladas were disgusting. we come all the time. we know not to order that anymore I guess.

Food and people were perfect today. Best food ever at any Luby's. Perfectly cooked roast beef and fried fish. The absolute best service from David. He is a major reason why we come back time after time.

Super store. The people that work are just wonderful. They act like they love their jobs. It is really a great feeling day, when you walk into a restaurant and you receive eye 2 eye kindness and respect. They smile as soon as they see you walk in. I love sharing this jewel of a place - Luby's in Kingwood, Texas is the best customer service I have ever experienced. David, the floor manager, is the best employee they have as well! He is perfect!

The lady that helped w take out orders is was very professional and kind. However you guys need 2 people in there during rush hour. I was on hold 9+ minutes and waited several minutes upon arrival. At no fault of the lady. She was doing the best she could w a smile the entire time. It's been an issue w that location for a long time. Your prices are too high otherwise we would eat there several times a week. But we can't.
