I've never been to Old Country buffet before, it was my first time. It was the best experience ever! The food was great and the people were just as great! Everybody was so sweet! Loved it!

The variety is good, but since OCB made some changes a few years ago, some of the menu items do not taste as good. To pay $2.49 for a beverage is rediculous Some of the managers need to have a customer service class. We do not visit OCB as often but on occasion we do for the variety

Food seemed old and did not taste fresh. Not enough staff to take away plates. Not very good.

Had a coupon but was not given credit for the coupon charged full price. When brought it up to manager said they would give coupon back for next time not able to refund the coupon price. Also they mopped floor and left it so wet that I almost fell and when that was told to manager all he said was didn't you see the cones up. Not happy with the food either very old looking dried out
