Old Country Buffet

Very understaffed for a volume of people. Food and any and everything possible all over floors. Ladies bathroom was disgusting. Manager on duty was exceptional but very little she could do with so few staff and a full restaurant. Wait time was over a half an hour with a line out of the door. Only one employee working one register which is absolutely ridiculous. This line continued throughout the duration of our stay. Older people and the disabled would be completely unable to tolerate this. There was a second register but of course not enough staff to open it. The restaurant repeatedly ran out of drinking glasses, then silverware, then plates and that covers the nonfood items. Regarding food, the staff was not able to keep up with the consumption of food and plus many items were unavailable or if you wound up waiting for someone to carve your meat or bring the mashed potatoes etc. By the time you got whatever you were waiting for whatever what's on your plate was already cold. Very frustrating but again I imagine this is a corporate issue rather than an employee or even managerial issue.
