It was 90 degrees outside and the manager had the air conditioner turned off. I did not enjoy my meal at all. They did not care about the customers comfort at all. I don't care if I ever go back!

cashier talked low. had no voice or enthusiasm there were two adult males on the team trying to cover for others inefficiency. but poorly done took 15 minutes to get order but a shake was missing others at that Arby's claimed their orders were messed up also you could see customers' body language after getting shake it was the wrong flavor this Arby's has fouled up my order before but it was over a year ago I still see long term issues here
