Roast beef may have been undercooked

I ordered the classic beef and cheddar sandwich but for some reason it did not taste the same as when I've had it at other locations. I was the only one in there so I don't know why it would have been cooked different. It seemed like the bread was doughy, and usually it's toasted or something different.
