My experience at Arby's was great. Definitely no complaint there but a couple things did not meet my expectations. I asked for a medium Coke with my order. Instead of telling me they only offer Pepsi products and to choose another beverage, the drive thru employee just gives me Pepsi. Also, my fries were cold and tasted stale.
