all around excellent experience. absolutely no complaints to report. food tasted great. service was fast and efficient. I am a very satisfied customer.

my visit at Arby's today was average. The service was not incredibly speedy and I felt like the gentleman who was taking our order in the drive thru was rushed. he even cut me off before I had a chance to finish placing my order. Our order was correct but the speed of service

our visit at Arby's today was ok. not awful, but not great either. we had to pull up to wait for our food, with no cars behind us, so I have always felt like this was just a tactic to improve drive thru times, not convenience customers behind me. our food was satisfactory, but I wasn't a huge fan of the fish sandwich. the fish had a chewy texture. I will stick to the roast beef next time

I was somewhat disappointed with the numerous errors in our order. the staff did not seem very attentive or concerned with ensuring accuracy. the food tasted ok, but the service could have been better. the dining area was clean. the sauces in the larger distribution containers needed filling.
