Extremely slow service at the drive thru. The person in front of me had a large order and they had them parked at the pick up window the whole time they were preparing their order. Should of asked them to pull up to a parking spot letting me move up to get my one item, a shake. I have had this happen other times at this Arby's. They just don't have their systems down like other fast food restaurants. I new I should have gone in but took a gamble it would be fast. I lost.
