The term "fast food" means that a restaurant such as Arby's should serve your food FAST. Each and every time I go to this Arby's there are either not enough crew members to prepare the food OR nothing is prepared to serve quickly. The manager needs to know that even if it's late in the evening, some food items need to be ready so that the customers don't have to wait. Having to wait 10 to 15 minutes for your order defeats the purpose of not wanting to go home and cook because you are hungry NOW.
