My wife asked if they had Splenda. The restaurant doesn't carry it. The manager on duty had some with her and shared it with my wife.

Ordered a French dip and Swiss. The au jus was Luke warm - most locations it is hot. They microwaved the sandwich! Caused the cheese to melt all over the inside of the box, the bread becomes rubbery. If the au jus was hot, no need to use chef Mike.

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker. Got the automated greeting, placed my order and waited for a response. Almost 1 min later someone says "what can I make fresh for you today". TURN OFF THE AUTOMATED ANSWER DEVICE.
