i ordered a cheddar roast beef sandwich with no onion bun and recieved a onion bun anyways i went ahead and ate it but was disappointed

I like a certain sandwich from Arby's. The young man taking orders at the drive-thru seemed distracted, disinterested, and was hard to hear and understand. Maybe the manager should have him work on his people skills?
