Ok food. Took a while to get a fish sandwich

The drive thru employee was terrible. We had to repeat our order several times once we got to the window. He gave us the wrong change, took 5 minutes to get us our ice water and forgot to give us the rest of our order. When we told him we still had shakes, he seemed confused and then disappeared for another 5 minutes before giving us the wrong size shakes. We left instead of dealing with him any longer. We like Arby's but will never return to this location.
