This location in Palatine was a great experience. The staff was great and the people especially Carlos was really efficient. He runs a fantastic shift and his team works as a well oiled machine. If there is an incentive for giving great customer service, he and his team will definitely qualify. They should be recognized for doing outstanding work!

Sandwiches were great! Too much breading on onion rings. Person who took our order was very friendly. Took longer than expected to get our order.
