Cinemark Palace 20

Great service, atmosphere and food. Love the Premiere. I am 100% a Cinemark moviegoer. Used to patronize iPic but after horrible service and being treated in a demeaning manner by management and corporate organization. Cinemark gets all of my business. Upon next renovation, recommend adding reclining chairs and service at your seat then there would be no measurable difference in the offering. Would also like to see a rewards program where one can earn free movies with frequent visits. Overall, best movie experience bar none at Cinemark.

It was good but needs a little more touch ups. Like they need the recliner seats. Those seats that you have are just way to uncomfortable and that is a flaw
