I think food wise could improve a bit more, their chicken strips are almost chicken tenders as they shrunk in size not money wise! Should have a better variety of sodas, better fresh pop corn, cleaner rooms! Dont let your cliental fall Cinemark! You guys are awesome! Pay better and closer attention to details!

The concession people were friendly but the customer service people we kinda condescending, and belittling. They shouldn't be working with the public if they don't like answering even the simplest of questions.
