Was good wasn't given any napkins

Beef and cheddar overpriced and line was so long

Terrible customer service. Totally rude.

I usually love Arby's but this was the worst experience I've ever had. My mom and I ordered a simple number one and a Jr. Roast beef and cheddar and a small tea. When I got the food I sent the fries right back as they were extremely cold. And mom also told her she did not receive her tea. Later when she opened her sandwich it didn't have the cheddar. She didn't put the Arby's sauce in bag either.
