I usually love Arby's but this location really didn't do it for me or my family. They forgot to give us straws and a menu item. When we went in and told them about it they didn't even apologize and we had to wait a while for what they forgot to give us. There was absolutely no one there when we pulled up so it didn't make sense how it was forgotten and got messed up when we were the only ones there.
