The car smelled like smoke with fabreeze on it when I first got it. Also, I got charged quite a bit more than what I was told the cost would be when I reserved the car.

The car we were given first was filthy and had dents scratches all over it. The second car that we took is filthy outside and even filthier inside. Seats are dirty with feet marks. Front cup holders have cigarette ashes in them. Ashes all over the front floors. Windows absolutely disgusting. I can't believe this car was sent out to rent this way. If I wasn't in a time crunch I would have taken it back and requested a clean car. It is disgusting.
