Friendliness could have been better from cashier

I like going to Arby's. I feel the sandwiches there are better than s greasy burger. I took my grandkids after school for dinner. They live Arby's too. I had coupons and they also had a special from 2-5 where you can get fries, a drink, a shake, or a elder for only a dollar each. Between the coupons I used and the special they had, I think I got a lot of food for the price I paid. We all liked it and my granddaughter loved ringing the "good service" bell when we left. The food was good and I got it fast. The order was correct. The staff was really friendly and greeted me with a smile. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were clean also. You can always tell how clean the back room is when bathrooms r clean. That shows the workers are dedicated to their job. Very good experience. I will go back.

The service was great and the food was hot.

Another day eating at Arby's.. It's been my go to restaurant recently lol. I figure that is about the healthiest fast food.. A lot less greasy than a burger. I did have fries though. That's not to healthy but they were good. Anyway, I usually dine in or order inside and take it home... However, I was with a friend and they always go through drive though do that's what I did... I was really surprised that it was really fast and they got my order almost right... I ordered xtra mayo on one of my sandwiched and got no mayo.. I don't like to get home and something missing or wrong but this was minor and I had a big order. So, I will go back cuz I like Arby's and it's in a convenient location. Besides I usually have coupons when I go so the price is not bad.

Super friendly!

Arby's is a convenient location close to my home. I picked up the grandkids from school and we decided to go Arby's after school. We usually go somewhere to eat when I pick up they grandkids from school and they usually decide where to go. So, we ate there and everyone was satisfied. Plus I had coupons that gave me a pretty good discount. Our food was prepared correctly and it was the perfect temperature. The kids really loved the curly fries and cheese sticks. All of us enjoyed our meals. Needless to say, I will go back soon. We had a positive experience and the kids rang the bell for good service.

Great food

It was a good visit.. The food was good and they prepared it quickly... One of the Arby's had cheese on it and I returned and exchanged it for one with no cheese... That was not a problem and the food was hot and good. ?? however, if I took the food home and there was cheese on one, I would have been a little annoyed because no one that I was getting food for wanted cheese on the Arby's sandwich including myself. Also, I don't drink pop and I got the very last of the brewed iced tea. The service was fast and friendly though. I usually go to a different Arby's because my spouse likes diet Mountain Dew instead of diet Pepsi sometimes. The Arby's location we visited today didn't have it. He doesn't drink a lot of Pop and when he does, he likes the diet Mountain Dew when available. So, we will probably go to the other Arby's location that has that pop next time we get Arby's .
