Went in for the 11. I love the curly fries but the fries are always cold. I have to wait a long time and I still get the fries cold. Not happy I keep on going expecting to get fries hot.

Not enough people working, the same lady that took our order had to go do fries before she packed up our order. Other worker looked sloppy and clearly did not want to be there.
