FRANK FOSTER is Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. Since FRANK FOSTER started servicing my cars I have followed him to every FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE where he was employed. The first three you expect from a Service Provider, but the last, Compassion you don't. I say this because it has been my experience, the employee is a Company Person. Therefore he attempts to make as much MONEY for the Company in Selling/Recommending Services/Products to the consumer as possible. When you find an Employee that can Balance the tight line between satisfying Company and putting the Customer First that is RARE and that Employee is FRANK.
