I have somewhat mixed feelings about my experience. I just brought my car in for an alignment check on Friday afternoon, and although it was necessarily their fault, a bolt broke as they were adjusting it and they had to keep my car several days till they got the replacement part in and got it fixed (the following Wednesday), so it was inconvenient to not have my car, but they paid for a rental car while mine was in the shop, and I appreciate that. Also, when I came back to pick my car up, more work was done than what I authorized, which was going to cost me $200 more than what I was quoted for the work I authorized. But they actually wrote it off and didn't make me pay for it since I didn't authorize it, which was the right thing to do, and I appreciate that. The store manager, Brent Malone seemed to go to great lengths to help me out and make sure I was taken care of, despite the inconvenience.

I don't trust mechanics that much because they always seem to try to over sell stuff you don't need. My visit today was an example of that. This guy tried to get me to pay over $100 for something I didn't even need.
