This Arby's in parnassus is ok it's not my favorite but I do like Arby's food but I don't go there a lot cause I am watching my calories

Food was fresh. Service was quick and friendly. It's a bit overpriced for the quality.

It was kind of weird. The lady at the counter messed up my order and the other lady that fixed it wasn't very friendly. I mean all in all it was ok for Arby's I guess. I just think people that work customer service jobs should actually be friendly. Guess I'm old fashioned.
