I love their salads they are so fresh not prepackaged and the lettuce is nice and green not brown like other fast food places. I love he fact they make the chicken right then and fast when you order it.

There was a piece of hair in my food. I returned it and got a new roast beef sandwich. The employee was extremely apologetic. Although it was disgusting, it won't stop me from going back to Arby's.
