Very friendly staff!

I have been really disappointed with my last few visits to the Medina, Ohio location. Lack luster staff, dirty stations and long waits made the trips less enjoyable and more of a hassle. This time was different, with the exception of there being a number of unordered miscellaneous items on my husbands sandwich, the areas were clean and staff and service were great.

Fast and friendly food was great

The cashier was extremely friendly and the service was fast. I will certainly go back to this Arbys.

Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant.

The farmers salad was really good with roasted turkey.

Great fries this time roast beef sandwiches were good but the turkey Rachel was very soggy and not that good.

I have never been to this location, it is a very nice updated building but my only complaint was the staff. I know they are young kids but they talked very loud and were not professional.
